Andrew Novick is a Denver native and has a good handle on the popular culture in town – both as a consumer and proprietor. He is always showing newcomers and visitors (and locals!) the fun and wacky side of Denver. Andrew has performed in bands, held art shows (photography, collections and installations), and ‘performed’ PowerPoint presentations at local concerts. He has also created several wacky parties, events and themed BBQs. Andrew is one of the directors of the Denver County Fair and is also it’s resident Breakfast Boss – running Andrew Novick’s X-Treme Pancake Breakfast and X-Treme Breakfast Burritos. He also created a Fukuoka-style pop-up ramen stand – preparing a traditional Japanese ramen and a new dessert ramen creation.
